Eligibility Requirements:
Invited Guests Only:
Participation is restricted to guests who have been specifically invited by Huffines Communities and/or Huffines Enterprises.
Plus-ones are not eligible for entry or participation in the giveaway.
Huffines Communities reserves the right to deem any guest ineligible to participate in the giveaway for any reason, at its sole discretion.
One Entry per Eligible Person:
Each eligible invitee will receive one entry for the giveaway upon arrival and registration. No additional entries are permitted.
Entries are non-transferable. Only the registered individual may participate in the giveaway process.
Realtor Eligibility:
Licensed REALTORS who have sold and closed a home in a Huffines Community between September 1, 2023, and September 30, 2024 are eligible to enter.
Eligible REALTORS must register at the event to participate and may be asked to provide closing documentation to verify their eligibility.
Huffines Communities reserves the right to deem any REALTOR ineligible to participate in the giveaway for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Jeep Giveaway Process:
Registration Deadline:
Registration closes at 7:30 PM. Guests who arrive after this time will not be eligible for the giveaway. No exceptions will be made.
Raffle Draw for 10 Semi-Finalists:
The 10 semi-finalists will be announced via a stage announcement at approximately 7:30 PM.
Eligible attendees are responsible for listening to the announcement and determining if their name or number has been called.
If a semi-finalist does not respond promptly to the announcement, they may forfeit their spot, and a new name may be drawn.
Narrowing to 5 Finalists:
Each of the 10 semi-finalists will draw a lockbox key from a container.
Only 5 of the keys will unlock a lockbox. If a semi-finalist’s key successfully unlocks a lockbox, they will advance to the final round.
Jeep Key FOB Selection:
Each lockbox will contain 5 Jeep Key FOBs.
The 5 finalists who unlocked a lockbox will each select 1 FOB from the 5 inside.
Only one FOB will unlock the Jeep, determining the grand prize winner of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler.
Contingency Plan:
In the event that the Key FOBs malfunction or a technical error occurs at any point during the giveaway process, the winner will be determined by a random drawing from the 5 finalists.
Process Changes:
Huffines Communities reserves the right to modify or change the Jeep giveaway process at any time during the event to ensure fairness and the smooth execution of the giveaway.
Disqualification Guidelines:
Huffines Communities reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to:
Failure to follow event or giveaway rules.
Misconduct or behavior that is disruptive or inappropriate.
Providing false or misleading information to enter or claim eligibility.
Tampering with or attempting to manipulate the giveaway process.
Violating any safety protocols or acting in a way that compromises the integrity of the event.
All decisions regarding eligibility and disqualification made by Huffines Communities are final and non-negotiable.
Acknowledgment & Agreement:
By attending the event and participating in the giveaway, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules and guidelines.
Huffines Communities assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misused entries.
