Lakesong is a ±2,700-acre master-planned community in Grand Prairie and Midlothian, about 20 miles south of Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington. At full buildout, the community is planned for an estimated 5,000 homes, anchored by the 100-acre Padera Lake and hundreds of acres of parks and trails.
