Serenade is a 414-acre master-planned community, located in the City of Celina, roughly 29 minutes from downtown Frisco and 25 minutes from downtown McKinney. The site is serviced by the Celina Independent School District.

Serenade will offer a range of amenities interconnected by a vast trail network, including a lake with a 750-square-foot fishing pier for residents to enjoy along with a dog park. The Amenity Center serves as a year-round community gathering space, featuring a welcoming entry pavilion, outdoor kitchen, seating areas, restrooms, and a spacious grand lawn.
