When visiting South America, one thing can linger on your mind: seeing wildlife that doesn’t just appear here in the DFW area. While one group of our winners of the 2021 Realtor Rewards Trip went on an ATV tour, another group jumped on a boat and toured the waters of Costa Rica.
Our fantastic guide, Sivi, led the tour!
On the tour, we saw all kinds of wildlife that are lucky enough to call Costa Rica their home.
From Crocodiles
To Monkeys (He spotted an iguana)
The wildlife ranged all over the place.
Following the river tour, the group met up with an Ox who goes by Mr. Bean. He showed us how sugar cane was processed back before machinery.
Then stepped foot inside a home that was over 100 years old.
As if that was not enough, they even let us make our own tortillas the old fashion way.
We finished off the day with a wonderful tour of a rum distillery, where we had an opportunity to make, bottle and label our own blends of rum!
Overall it was a fantastic experience!
