Every year Huffines Communities fundraises to support Junior Achievement of Dallas.
JA of Dallas teaches kids from kindergarten -12th-grade work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills to inspire students in our community to dream big and reach their potential goals.
Huffines Communities participates in the annual JA Bowl-a-thon by raising money to help keep these programs in progress.
JA celebrated 100 years this year, so our employees stepped it up to make this year special for them.
Our team reached double our initial fundraising goal of $8000 by raising a total of $20,095! That amount helps support 558 students for the year.
We are so proud of our team of employees for this huge accomplishment. Huffines Communities raised more than any other company this year, and we only have 17 employees! We are also extremely grateful to everyone who donated for this wonderful cause, we could not have done this without you. Thanks to the generosity of our contributors, over 500 students will be empowered to take ownership of their financial future and careers.
Every year we have a blast as a company at the annual Bowl-a-thon. Since JA celebrated their 100th anniversary this year, the Bowl-a-thon theme was “birthday party.”
