We have redesigned the amenity center complex in Waterscape to make a few adjustments and ensure it will be a place residents love to frequent for years to come! It is currently still under construction and opening 2020. An updated rendering shows what the complex will look like with our changes incorporated.
The amenity center, dubbed “Water’s Edge” by residents, will provide a 4,000 sf clubhouse with large, covered patio, indoor meeting space, and catering kitchen. Outdoors, residents can enjoy a 4,500 sf pool, children’s splash pad, and cooking/grill area. A playground, sand volleyball, play field, and dog parks complete the complex.
