On a sunny Thursday, the community of Lewisville, Texas, gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Heritage Towers, a new apartment community designed to enrich the lives of its residents. The event took place on June 26, 2023, marking a significant addition to the Northern Gateway area of Lewisville.
The grand opening was hosted by Huffines Communities, the developers behind this thoughtful project. The event saw a mix of city officials, the team from Huffines, and the very first residents of Heritage Towers, all enjoying an evening of community and camaraderie.

Kona Ice provided a sweet escape with their flavorful snow-cones, perfect for the warm evening.
DJ Gumbo brought the beats, creating a lively atmosphere that had everyone feeling relaxed and festive. The event also featured a caricature artist, drawing smiles and laughter with every stroke, and a photo booth where guests captured fun memories with new neighbors.
Interactive games were spread throughout the venue, inviting attendees to play and engage with each other, fostering a sense of community right from the start.
Heritage Towers offers a variety of living spaces with different floor plans, from efficient studios to more spacious two-bedroom apartments.
