We’re excited to share some incredible news! Huffines Communities had a standout night at the 2025 McSAM Awards hosted by the Dallas Builders Association on April 26 at The Statler Hotel in Dallas. Our premier master-planned community, Solterra Texas, in Mesquite Texas, earned the title of Best Master-Planned Community of the Year. This award highlights our ongoing commitment to thoughtful design, resort-style amenities, and vibrant community living.
In addition to winning Best Master-Planned Community of the Year, Solterra Texas secured three more awards:
Each award reflects the hard work and vision behind the Solterra community. We carefully planned over 15 miles of scenic trails, created multiple parks, added resort-style pools, and designed unique spaces like The Lookout Treehouse to bring people together.
Beyond Solterra’s wins, Huffines Communities earned the Best Special Event/Promotion for Agents award. The Huffines Appreciation Party at The Rustic in Dallas brought realtors, builders, and vendors together for a night of live music, networking, and celebration. The event showed our strong commitment to supporting the real estate professionals who help build our communities.
