Phase IV construction on Hebron 121 Station began recently when crews broke ground on the development’s four new buildings.
Phase IV consists of four buildings and is being constructed near the main entrance to 121 Hebron Station on Penn Station Road. Its architecture includes a curved building as well as three additional three and four story buildings containing 238 one and two bedroom apartments as well as 4,000 square feet of retail. All buildings will embrace the southern coastal architectural style introduced in Phase III with HardiePlank exteriors in a variety of colors.
