Huffines Communities took home the win in four categories at this year’s 40th McSam Awards!
The McSam Awards are presented by the Dallas Builders Association to recognize excellence and creativity in sales and marketing in the homebuilding and development industry.
A finalist in 18 categories this year, Huffines Communities won ‘Community of the Year under 600 Acres’ for Inspiration.
Inspiration is a Huffines Signature Community located in Wylie/St. Paul, north of Dallas, TX. Inspiration has new homes from the $290s-$800s, views of Lake Lavon, and amazing amenities including Club Inspiration – a multi-million dollar amenity center opening soon.
The developer also won ‘Multifamily Community of the Year’ for Harmony Luxury Apartments located in Rowlett, TX. Harmony has just opened a second phase featuring over 250 new units, new clubhouse and new pool to open May 1st and join the already existing clubhouse and pool complex.
Harmony also won the McSam for ‘Best Sales Office or Welcome Center’, for the beautifully designed welcome lobby where potential lessees and residents are served by Harmony’s friendly and helpful leasing staff.
Finally, Huffines Communities and our advertising agency partner Anderson Hanson Blanton won ‘Best Use of Technology’ in both of our multifamily communities, Harmony in Rowlett and Hebron 121 Station in Lewisville, TX.
Both leasing offices provide the option for virtual tours, using VR goggles to explore the different floorplan options. This technology makes it easy and convenient to be sure you’re choosing the floorplan right for you, even if there’s not a physical model available.
