Dallas Business Journal: Plano, Texas – Huffines Enterprises (HEI), a Dallas-based real estate developer, has sold Promenade, a 27-acre land parcel west of Central Expressway (Hwy 75) in Plano, for townhome development. The site, one of the largest single-family areas left in the city, is zoned for 155 front-entry townhomes and is ideally located near retail, residential, and office developments.
Don Huffines, Owner of HEI, highlighted the significance of the sale, noting the irreplaceable location and potential of the townhomes to be a major success. Future residents will benefit from the highly-rated Plano Independent School District. The transaction was brokered by James Hairston, Jr., of HIDAY Real Estate.
