the Lewisville 2025 plan sets a clear shared vision for the kind of community Lewisville wants to be when it turns 100 years old in 2025, and sets out dozens of action steps that can be taken to make that vision a reality. Implementation of the Lewisville 2025 vision plan will be an ongoing process with a single goal — to make Lewisville a place that people choose to live, work and visit.
Hebron 121 Station is doing its part to aid in that endeavor, as development continues into Phase 5, expanding the already wide variety of floorplans to townhomes and mansion style units.
The city of Lewisville’s 2025 Annual Report mentions Hebron 121’s growth as a 2017 Accomplishment.
The Hebron 121 Station began construction on Phase 5 of the iconic complex along I-35E, adding 330 townhome and mansion style units, a fitness center, and another pool. Construction on Phase 6 is expected to begin in 2019. When final build-out is complete, there will be 1,875 units in the complex.
