This past week Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Huffines Communities, Phillip Huffines, spoke to Hillcrest high school students as part of the Junior Achievement of Dallas College and Career Readiness program.
High School students at Hillcrest High School in Dallas, Texas, were able to listen to Mr. Huffines discuss what it takes to be a successful person in business and life.
Discussions included what the students can be doing now to prepare for the future and how to plan out a budget for when they land their first job post-high school.
Junior Achievement has 109 local JA Areas across the nation, and together they are the nation’s largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their futures, and make smart academic and economic choices.
