University of Texas- Austin
Academic Year: Incoming Sophomore
Major: Finance
Fun Fact: I run my food blog in my free time!
Career Aspirations: Long term, I’m interested in pursuing Finance, potentially on the real estate track. I’m confident that interning at Huffines will introduce me to the real estate industry, teach me more about financial modeling, and better equip me to work in teams.
Baylor University – Waco
Academic Year: Incoming Junior
Majors: Finance and Accounting
Fun Fact: I’ve been to more countries than states in the US and have played tennis since I was four.
Career Aspirations: I eventually want to break into private equity or investment banking (real estate). I hope that this internship can give me a more well-rounded background on the intricacies of real estate and development. I also hope to work on my financial analysis skills through Excel. These skills and knowledge would provide a great foundation to help propel my career in a field like PE or IB where you’re required to understand the industry and its complexities on a deep level.
University of Arkansas – Arkansas
Academic Year: Senior
Major: Business Marketing
Minor: Business Management
Fun Fact: I love to bake. I took a cake decorating class when I was in 5th grade and have been obsessed ever since. Hopefully, I can bring some baked goods to the office soon!
Career Aspirations: My career aspirations are to become a leading expert in digital marketing and social media management. This internship allows me to have hands-on experience in crafting engaging content that resonates with a target audience. I’m building a solid foundation that will help me achieve my goals of working in corporate marketing.
The University of Oklahoma- Oklahoma
Academic Year: Incoming Junior
Major: Finance

Fun Fact: I love to spend time and hang out with my friends and family. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball and golf.
Career Aspirations: My career aspirations are to go into related fields either in Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting. I feel that this internship will be able to provide me with hands-on experience in real estate and overall give me a better understanding of the business world, which will greatly benefit me when I graduate from college.
Southern Methodist University- Dallas
Academic Year: Incoming Sophomore
Major: Finance and Mathematics Major
Minor: Accounting
Fun Fact: I have chickens and ducks at home
Career Aspirations: In the future, I want to work in real estate private equity in markets across the country. An internship at Huffines will help me get there because I will learn different strategies in working with local governments, modeling to see the viability of a deal, and other due diligence methods to be successful on real estate deals.
