Meet Our Spring Interns
Ernest Beecherl
- School: Texas Christian University
- Academic Year: Graduated
- Major: BS in Economics
- Fun Fact: I was almost born in Canada.
- Career Aspirations: I am excited to work in a high-energy environment with individuals who push me to reach my full potential. Huffines Communities presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate development, an industry I had no prior experience in. While my passion lies in software development, this internship will provide me with valuable insights and skills applicable to any career path I choose—whether it’s in real estate or tech. I am eager to learn, grow, and contribute during my time here.
Chase Green
- School: Southern Methodist University
- Academic Year: Junior
- Major: Finance with Real Estate Specialization
- Fun Fact: I am a certified performance driver.
- Career Aspirations: One of my biggest goals is to start a company that makes real estate investments more accessible to everyday investors. Huffines Communities is playing an instrumental role in helping me achieve this by providing real-world insights into the foundational aspects of the real estate industry. I plan to leverage the skills and knowledge I gain here to build a career in real estate and make investment opportunities more inclusive and attainable.
Evan Russell
- School: University of Arkansas
- Academic Year: Graduated
- Major: BS in Marketing
- Fun Fact: I am a die-hard basketball fan.
- Career Aspirations: As a marketing intern at Huffines Communities, I look forward to gaining insights into real estate and community development. My goal is to merge my marketing expertise with my passion for creating impactful brand experiences in industries such as real estate, sports, and entertainment. I want to develop a deep understanding of how to drive consumer engagement and enhance brand awareness, particularly in the realm of community building and property marketing.
Aidan Burchianti
- School: Southern Methodist University
- Academic Year: Sophomore
- Major: Finance with Real Estate Specialization
- Fun Fact: I earned my pilot’s license at the age of 16.
- Career Aspirations: My ultimate goal is to start my own aviation-related company. Huffines Communities has helped cultivate my entrepreneurial mindset while providing valuable exposure to real estate development. As air travel becomes increasingly accessible, I see a growing need for aircraft storage development, and I plan to use the lessons I learn here to make an impact in that space.
