Among these, Heritage Towers Apartments distinguished itself by winning three coveted awards: Best Community Site Plan, Best Multifamily Complex, and Best Overall Interior Merchandising of a Model.

In partnership with the City of Lewisville’s Park Department, Heritage Towers has created an outdoor haven featuring mature trees, seamless trail connections, and private dog-friendly yards for first-floor units. The complex showcases meticulous attention to detail with nine distinct floor plans, a swim-up bar, a pool cave, a fitness center, and timeless Texas elements throughout.
